For me, everything started with guitar in hand and a fascination with sound. Cutting my teeth on recording gear taught me the discipline needed to draw the best out of an artist and a performance.
Taking that energy onto the road—performing as a session and live musician across gigs, festivals and broadcast studios in the UK, US and throughout the world - drilled in two things I still bring to every project today: how to make people feel something, and how to stay calm when the red light goes on.
The Visual Shift
Moving behind the camera felt like a natural extension of that craft. Both music and visual art rely on the same instincts - tempo, balance, contrast, and feeling.
After earning formal credentials in Photography with distinction, I focused on mastering the essentials: clean lighting, strong composition, and honest imagery. Whether capturing commercial work, framing portraits, filming an event, or shaping footage in the edit suite, I approach every visual project with the same rhythm and care I give to music.
